Getting right down to the basis of our survival, happiness, and joy as a human being in life, we look to love, safety, shelter, natural food, water, air, nature and work we love as the spring board for the development of our consciousness. Ultimately, this should bring us abundance, and an enlightened life with our soul.
However to sit on a park bench in the middle of a fast paced city, and watch some of the facial expressions of pedestrians walking by; is to see that a large portion of our society has lost the connection of true harmony with one's soul and nature; as the innermost part of ourselves.
Some where amongst this fog, their is a part of ourselves that knows something is missing. Whether it be the connection with our soul essence and beingness? Or that we are slowly loosing the personal intimate connection to one another through technology? We have adapted to communicating outside of ourselves with our minds and fingers, through blackberries and e-mails, instead of calling to hear the frequency of anothers voice.
Edgar Tolle speaks of the New Earth consciousness that has been shaping our planet for the last couple of years, massive changes you may be feeling are happening to everyone. As the earth speads up even more, what we know today will never be same again. Edgar states, "Your inner purpose now is to awaken within. It is as simple as that.
